What We Do

Kinsmen Sports Dinner
We bring out sports celebrities to speak and meet with the public. We have a catered dinner and a silent auction for sports memorabilia. The funds are then used to help support out local schools. We also try to get the Roughrider alumni to try to stop by the schools to visit Spartan football team.

CHS Student Athlete of the Year Award
We have a bursary for graduating students who not only show excellence in sports and school, but dedication to helping out in the community as well.

Craven
We help the Regina Queen City Kinsmen sell 50/50 tickets at the Craven Country Jamboree, and return we get 10% back from what we sell to use for our club projects. It's a great fundraiser and a great chance to see some great country music artists.

Cystic Fibrosis Awareness
We hold a golf tournament and dinner to raise money for the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The highlight of the night is the fresh lobster and steak dinner.

Free Swimming Week
We sponsor the Meadow Lake Aquatic Center so kids can swim free of charge during the Christmas break.

Grey Cup Lottery Ticket
We sell tickets, each with their own score for the Grey Cup game, with multiple chances to win.

Improving Our Schools
Through our Sports Dinner and the TeleMiracle Foundation we have raised over $50,000 for improvements to our local schools and playgrounds.

Kin Park
This playground is ideal for toddlers and younger children. Consists of an oval shaped paved bike path, two climbing play structures, swings and other playground sculptures such as Harry the Hippo, Calvin the Caterpillar and Dragon. Located both of the Aquatic Centre and Outdoor Spray Park.

Northwest College Scholarship
Each year, we have $2,000 scholarship open to Meadow Lake campus students who are enrolled in a FT University or skills training program, based on merit.

TeleMiracle Radiothon
Held every year at Civic Center, we raise money for the TeleMiracle Foundation while providing entertainment on stage and items for auction.

Safe Ride Home
We have our safe ride home service for after private or company events - making sure everyone arrives home safe with their vehicle ready for the following morning.
